bye i hate the sexualization of underage japanese girls so much i hate it with every fiber of my being it gave so many people a shitty excuse to treat me badly in the past like anyone who likes ‘‘‘‘‘lo/licon’’’’ can go die
also this is 100% okay to reblog
to the people in the notes: the age of consent in japan is not actually 13 you nasty fucks did you like even read more than one sentence on wikipedia before spreading misinformation about an entire country jesus y’all are shit stains to the core
you. i like you.
also who gives a fuck about age of consent? lmao do y’all really need a law to know it’s wrong to fuck kids?
Also can those nasty pedophiles stop using the concept of “age of consent” wrong? Age of Consent does not mean you can fuck a child if they are above the age of consent. It means kids from that age can manifest consent when having sex WITH KIDS AROUND THE SAME AGE.
Like, for example, if the age of consent is 13, it means kids who are 13-14-15 can have sex without it being considered a crime; but a kid who is 12 CANNOT manifest that consent and this another (older or younger) kid making sexual advances on them would be considered cocsa.
Adults can only legally have sex with kids if, for example, the adult is still a teen, aka if the adult just turned 18 and they’re having sex with a 17 yo. That’s widely considered admissible and it’s an exception to the rule.
So, no, you 20-something and older creeps fetishizing 13-14-15 yo girls (real or fictional) are still pedophiles, and you’re trying to use a legal argument that you:
1. do not know about because you just read a fucking wikipedia article and did not take years of classes about criminal law
2. twist for it to fit and excuse your awful behavior
Source: I’m a fucking lawyer
Reblog this adittion bc honestly pedophiles are INDEED pedophiles no matter what argument they use and you better listen to a fucking lawyer when they are talking about law
“Source: I’m a fucking lawyer“ is my favorite part
If you are an adult on the receiving end of sexual attention from a minor, the only appropriate response is a firm, non-negotiable “no.” Not an “I would, but the darn law…” not, “maybe when you’re eighteen,” a “no.” It is your job as the adult to be responsible, and to not abuse the power differential between you. What the minor wants is irrelevant to your obligations. The only appropriate response is “no.”
“Just because a girl knows how to imitate a woman, does not mean she’s ready to do what a woman does”
this is the most sophisticated phishing e-mail I have ever received and if they had sized the logo correctly and actually proofread the fucking thing I probably would’ve clicked that button
actually please reblog this because someone else got it too. do not click on the links in this e-mail if you get one like it, just forward it to spoof@paypal.com and delete it
“Review Your’s Accounts” was a big hint, but there was one glaring mistake, even bigger than the wrongly-sized logo, and it’s one that can never be fixed by scammers:
Top tip – Paypal, and indeed almost every legitimate business you have email contact with, will always use your name rather than a generic honorific like “client” or “Sir/Madam”.
If it doesn’t say your name anywhere in the message, do not trust it.
First thought: Ho-ho, that clunky English is a dead giveaway.
Second thought: If English wasn’t my first language would I notice the clunks?
As @justhere4coffee points out, real business contacts address you by the name you gave them when you signed up (and it wasn’t Sir/Madam Client, was it…?)
Here’s another tip: When you hover your cursor over a click-button, the
destination URL will appear on a pop-up or at the bottom of the screen. Know what the correct one
should be. If the email pop-up is different, it’s a fake.
(If you don’t know the correct URL for PayPal, eBay, Amazon or wherever the email claims to come from, find out.)
If you’re thinking ” why am I seeing this?
I haven’t used PayPal / eBay / Amazon in weeks”, check your account information on the actual business website.
Finally, forget the “I hit reblog SO FAST” stuff.
Think before you
click, especially if an unexpected email has ominous phrases like: “please respond within 24 hours or…”, “penalties may be incurred if…” That’s very, very dodgy.
A legitimate business email works by calendar, not by stopwatch.
to anyone with a history of alcholism in their family and is yet to be 21: be careful. its hereditary. its learned as a coping mechanism. sometimes it just happens.
when you turn 21, go ahead and enjoy a couple drinks! (if you feel comfortable with that.) and then chill out. if you find yourself drinking more than 4 times a week, seek help. try to stop. at least be on the lookout for triggers that lead to you drinking.
you can be an alcoholic at 21, you can be an alcoholic at 16. dependence on alcohol doesn’t care about age or background.
you can be sober. you can live life without alcohol. you don’t have to be like your parents.
You don’t have to drink to have a good time.
Sometimes, drinking can lead to a really BAD time.
Alcohol is in no way required for a good social life.
If the people around you say otherwise, maybe they’re not the right people.
And when you use it as a coping mechanism, then try to stop, it will be hard. Maybe you’ll relapse. Maybe it will take you a few tries. Maybe you’ll go two days, then your resolve will crumble. Then you might make it free for a month or two, then something will happen to remind you why you started drinking in the first place. Those days will be especially hard. There’s nothing wrong with stumbling, just keep trying!
don’t let anyone pressure you into thinking you need to drink
If the ocean ever disappears DONT GO LOOKING FOR IT… go in the other direction
i know this sounds like a shitpost but isn’t this like, real advice regarding tsunamis
Yes this was about hurricane Irma it is not a shitpost
This is actually really good advice so let me elaborate a bit: if you notice the tide is retreating very quickly at a very odd time of day, get as far away from water and as high up as you can. I live along the ocean and a long time ago we had a small tsunami and a relative of mine tells me how her father saw the tides retreating so he just picked her up and just ran, which probably saved their lives.
So yeah DONT LOOK FOR THE MISSING OCEAN just run away
ocean not lost, ocean is actually winding up to kick you very hard in the nuts.
dont forget to tell someone you love that you love them, thank people who deserve to be thanked, be more patient on people having a hard time, be more considerate, understanding, and be kinder, always.
PETA: They’d rather spend their money on publicity campaigns than on the animals in their care. PETA killed 73.8% of the animals in their care in 2015 (x)
FCKH8: Is a for-profit company that exploits oppressed groups for money. They’re also wildly uninformed, and spread misogyny, cissexism and bi/panphobia, as well as stealing their posts/designs (x)
Autism Speaks: They spend most of their money on researching a way to eliminate autism, heighten the stigma against autism and don’t have a single autistic person on their board (x)
Please support other, better charities, and feel free to add any others you can think of to this.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure: CEO makes insane amounts of money, they deny a lot of requests for wigs/help with treatment/etc., and have attempted to sue other charities that use the color pink as part of their anti-breast cancer campaign. ( xxx )
The Salvation Army: They promote the hatred of LGBT+ people, work with fundamentalist Christian groups to support conservative politics and rip off and exploit workers. ( xxx )
Wounded Warrior: They take money that should be spent on veterans and blow it on huge opulent parties for the company bigwigs. 26 million in 2014 alone wasted! ( xxx )
^ Important reminder to NOT waste any money donating to these groups
Reblogging because of the added info about Wounded Warrior.
A good way to know if a nonprofit you’re donating to is allocating their money in the right way is to check out their Charity Navigator rating: http://www.charitynavigator.org
Signal boosting, the bell ringers are out in force, and this info is too important.
“Old people believe all that bullshit Fake News on their facebook home,” say I, a tumblr youth™, as I reblog an indignant social justice-flavoured post from mic dot com without fact checking.
BTW, mic dot com has multiple tumblrs and some of them are as follows:
micdotcom
the-future-now
the-movemnt
this-is-life-actually
And if you aren’t already aware, they are a shit company that uses its indignant social justice-flavored posts for clicks even as they do things like fire their four-months-pregnant Connections editor the week after her wedding, without warning. AFTER RUNNING A STORY ABOUT HOW THE USA NEEDS BETTER MATERNITY LEAVE/PROTECTIONS.
TL;DR – Mic.com is a crap site that treats its people like crap. It doesn’t deserve your reblogs. On the plus side, it’s an aggregator, so I promise that news is somewhere else.
