Remember, it’s not a charity, it’s its own seperate Christian denomination and only cares about funding more of the same church.
Even if you yourself are a Christian they will likely humiliate you for not believing the exact same teachings they have, the only way they treat you decently is if you agree to everything they say and join them – and even then they use their semi-military structure to justify why you need to obey your “commanders”
