School is off early, we’re having a huge blizzard

We don’t have the same snow as the north does.

99.9% of the time our snow is actually just freezing rain or sleet, and it destroys the roads and creates black ice. Nobody can go anywhere.

I was out shopping at the farmer’s market here this afternoon in ~20°F weather. Except for when I went to go take pics of the river, I left my coat unzipped (it was really windy down by the river.)
