Alex, Ryan and Jake, Heather’s kids, are being reconsidered by a judge to live with their biological father and so far it looks like the real dad is going to get his sons back

They’ve lost Cody and Emma so far, hopefully they’ll lose the other three.
I couldn’t find any sources saying they lost all of them, but they’ve definitely lost the youngest two.

She has emergency custody, mostlikely the parents will get all of them back if they provide evidence of a safe environment. I don’t know how their state does it, but in the county I live in usually even if the kids are in an unsafe environment cps don’t remove them due to them having a house to live in. My mother wanted custody of her son’s two year old daughter and these were their words “Because the mother knows how to take advantage of family members the kids are safe.” It’s fucked up but hopefully these kids won’t have to return to that hell.
I really hope these children don’t go back to their father and that they really do get psychiatric help, especially Cody.
What happened to them? I don’t know about any of this.
