Sure, in general, but here’s the thing: the women’s team brings in more money than the men’s and they’re still paid significantly less

I’d like to think it’s not sexism but… How Can A Team That Makes More Pay Their Players Less. It’s a percentage thing, you know? Where’s the money going?

(I’m talking about the US Women’s Soccer team, who somehow pays the players less than the US Men’s Soccer team even though the women’s team brings in more money because they’re better ranked than the men’s)

It’s funny how the press utterly refused to acknowledge that Wambach just sees herself as human.

When she was younger she wanted to quit soccer but she was told she couldn’t because of her talent. She also needed soccer for validation.

I don’t know, I find the fact that she’d find it weird that I look up to her amazing.
