this is such a golden opportunity omfg i need to know what happens next
this weekend I’ve learned a valuable lesson about how it’s actually really easy to get my homework done if I stop wallowing in anxious procrastination wondering how I’ll possibly have time to get my homework done and just… you know. sit down and actually get my homework done.
also I’ve discovered that getting through very very dense readings is much less awful when you read it out loud? yes it still requires a time commitment and yes you’ll have to find somewhere that you can read to yourself without disturbing anyone else, but it forces me to keep focused on the material in a way that skimming over it can’t and also helps it stick more in my mind.
I really wish I’d figured this out before my last semester
@fireballandfailure: Dude no lie when I don’t want to do my physics notes I read the book aloud and practice doing dungeon master voices. Weirdly, it is a lot of fun
