– Honey is mostly sugar (WoW!) it is 80% sugar and 20% water (double WoW!)
– There are over 20,000 species of bees, but only 4 make HONEY
-Honey is the ONLY food that contains all the substances you need to survive (Including WATER)
-Children under the age of 1 should not eat honey… why? because sometimes it contains bad stuff called botulism and can cause them to get botulism poisoning (that sucks, even infants should taste the deliciousness that is honey)
-Honey will crystallize under optimum temperatures (this has a lot to do with how you store it)
-Bees produce honey to eat during the winter when there are no flowers and no nectar for them.
-A honeybee would only need an ounce of honey to be able to fuel a flight around the world (this makes for a very cultural bee!)
-A typical beehive can make up to 400 pounds of honey a year! (Wowza!)
This reads like it was written by a bee and I’m 100% here for it
This is singlehandedly THE BEST compliment I have ever received 🙂
A ton of updated shots of Hoenn. It’s REALLY coming to life. Hoenn has a lot of trees … and water … it’s a lot of work. XD
I’m extremely proud of how perfect Fortree City looks. Route 120 gave me a lot of trouble because the original R/S/E games don’t actually level out properly when going from Fortree to Lilycove, so I had to improvise and slope the route in order for it to even out in the end. The Safari Zone is also giving me issues because it wants to cut into LIlycove City. I measured everything perfectly, so it’s just a flaw in the game. Oh well, I’m used to making adjustments!
Note: I’m using a mild texturepack and a super, ultra shader mod to make it look so HD.
This is our Really Big Coin. It is big because it makes other things look small when photographed next to it. Actually, it is a 20:1 replica of the EUR 50-cent, you see it being milled out here. We needed to do quite a bit of sanding, lacquering and smudging to obtain the desired look and some climbing to get into required shooting position (you need to get up real high to take good pictures). The result is a short series of photographs, attempting to visually scale down real-sized objects.
Artist Peter Cook, grew this living garden chair using tree shaping methods, primarily training a living tree through constricting the direction of branch growth. The chair took about eight years to grow.
he’s wearing crocs
He grew a tree into a chair. He can wear whatever the fuck he wants.
Hey guys! Last time that I had a survey for my SAP (sociology, anthropology, psychology) class, I got an amazing amount of responses from you guys. Since that was only a practice assignment (in preparation for our final inquiry project), I’m excited to say that I have begun my inquiry project.
This survey is part of an inquiry project and aims to investigate the effects of swearing on one’s attitude, both mentally and within other social situations. In order to do this, information on the most used swear words, as well as how people feel about themselves, will be collected.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As a participant, you will first be asked to provide basic personal information about yourself. Afterwards, you will be presented with a variety of questions concerning your personal use of swearing, as well as your present attitudes and behaviours.
Participant Consent
All personal information gathered from this survey will not be retained for future use and will not be shared with other participants. Your name and email is not recorded upon completing this survey. Personal information and responses remain confidential throughout the research process.
NOTE: Because this study is looking at the use of swear words, this survey contains coarse language. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or decide that you do not wish to complete the survey, you may leave at any time.
If you’re interested in helping me out again, follow the link below (it should work first try this time guys sos if it doesnt work someone pls tell me)
