If you don’t live in America

Why not?

I don’t have a visa

Because your country is notorious impossible to get into legally, especially if you’re white.

Because it’s not ireland so I don’t see a point in living there…

I’ve been to Ireland before…feels like New Jersey so you’ll be fine!

I don’t know what that’s like but it doesn’t have real butter or decent tea and it had people with American accents…I’ll stay here.

Why do you think it doesn’t have real butter, Mick? As far as tea goes, you don’t even drink proper tea, so you’re good to go with that.

Well ye do but it’s expensive cause it has to be imported and same with the tea. It’s not cheap here but it’s cheaper.

Overpriced health care, and schools.

Because Canada is better.

Literally I see no reason anyone would want to live here? Like I’m leaving as soon as I can because Canada >>>>> America in almost if not every way.

we should make fun of americans more. why dont their shops include tax in the price tag. like how much does this item cost? its a surprise 🙂

Honestly, tea. I’ve lived here my whole life and I have never once known what my total is gonna be at the register. Total fucking mystery.

im an ex-american living in new zealand for the past two years and it still never fails to blow my mind that i can take a $2 coin, walk up to a counter with two $1 items, and perform the expected transaction

this callout is completely deserved

Can we call out Canada on this too? I went to an ice cream shop once where they calculated tax into the price, and I was shocked when I handed them a five dollar bill and didn’t need to grab extra changed for the tax.
