This show tackles really problematic issues and completes stamps on them. Ever wonder where the “cool motive, still murder” meme is from?! They have tackled racial profiling, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, bullying. The list goes on and on.
It has canon lgbt characters who are well developed and their sexuality isn’t the main factor of their personality. The “will they, won’t they” relationship is developed naturally and both parties did not fall for one another at the same time.
This show is so good and I would highly recommend watching it, I can assure you that you won’t regret it!
