Anyone else notice how in the early Archer episodes there’s a build up to the opening theme
Hearing the archer opening and closing themes after so long without them feels like coming home to a place that is nice and familiar
I like how Archer is asked twice in Mole Hunt “what’s wrong with you” and his response both times is “nothing! You, on the other hand (have a bullet in you)”
the blissful peace the archer fx tag experienced without me to fill it is over as i am starting a rewatch
anyway currently thinking about how quickly they characterize archer in the first sequence, and the other characters. even the ones we don’t see right away like krieger. like even just showing his lab tells us stuff about him.
A win at the Emmys would be a fitting tribute for a talented actress. Congrats to the late Jessica Walter, who passed away this year, for the Outstanding Voice Over Performance as Malory Archer on Archer.
