i mean yeah, both of his worst tweets, “we’ll coup who we want, deal with it” and “gentrify mordor y/n,” were in regards to the lithium that these batteries are made of. i wish people would see that he’s not just a clown, but he’s violently amoral and very effective at ingratiating himself with the empire, as evidenced by his $5 billion subsidies and government contracts. the whole picture is very difficult to grasp, hidden behind all his clownish misdirection
