adult life might be full of pain and suffering but at least we dont have to do PE anymore
The way PE classes are run in the US is a crime. Most of them function more like exercise aversion therapy sessions than exercise classes. Human beings need exercise to maintain not only physical but mental health. PE teaches the kids who are most underserved outside of PE class, who need exercise education the most, to associate exercise with stress, pain, and humiliation.
