also, there’s no such thing as unbiased news coverage, and any news outlet that tries to be fair and pander to “both sides” ends up creating more bias as not every “side” will have as accurate of an understanding. like, you could write an article creating a balance between people who think the earth is flat and people who don’t, but the reality is one of those arguments is already scientifically proven inaccurate, so portraying it as on the same level as believing the earth isn’t flat is showing bias towards flat earth conspiracies.
