I don’t think these “we need to bring back child labor so younger teens have the right to work” libertarians in the US understand how child labor laws work because you can legally work as young as 14, there are just restrictions on what jobs and hours you can do, because–crazy fact here–children don’t have the same physical and mental capabilities as adults. So basically you want what already exists but in a way that allows children to be harmed much easier. The beauty of the free market, I guess.
