also i find it hilarious but depressing but everytime theres a post decrying the expectation that women adhere to these intense 17 step skincare routines, like half the notes are like “yeah that ridiculous! instead you should follow this much simpler 14 step skincare routine” like girl shutup and just wash ur face. if u wanna do more nobodys stopping you but shutup with this shit
do you remember the post that happened forever ago and it was someone being like you don’t need makeup to have a natural look you can just where none at all and the notes were just people going on and on about how a little eyeliner and a dab of foundation makes them look natural! just completely missing the point
