“summary? just read the post, don’t be lazy!” some ppl got reading dificulty which make long word, or long post, inacesible.
“no one needs function labels!” for some auties w comorbid disabilitys that make words hard, may be only way to easy comunicate their needs. function labels should not be enforce by outsiders, but ppl who use em to comunicate needs should be allow that.
“no one struggles w this!” think again. always atleast 1 person in world will, but often many more. just cause you never see em not mean never exist.
“autism basicly isn’t disability / only hard cause of society!” think again. even w/o comorbid stuff, some us may got extreme sensitivitys, eating issues (neophobia, ARFID), & more: even in perfect society these WOULD be hard – & comorbid can intensify.
“autistic ppl more smart than average!” don’t. no. just no. there so many us who not “smart”, & this is OK. we donot need number to be value.
