-One of my friends in Maryland is cackling because a jackass GOP representative from his state almost got into a fist fight with the Democratic rep. after the Democrat called him a liar to his face.

-Betsy Davos pretending to have a moral compass and being the first cabinet member to resign, two weeks before they have to leave their jobs anyway, probably because she doesn’t want to invoke the 25th.

-McConnells wife and others might also resign

-the white house counsel told all staffers to minimize their interactions with Trump because a) he was in a bad mood that his big revolution wasn’t bigger and b) Trump ABSOLUTELY committed treason and if the staffers have too much contact with him than they risk being prosecuted as co-conspirators

-Tiffany Trump posted a birthday message to her brother like in the middle of the entire thing because of course she fucking did

-half the newspapers in the country are calling on their GOP representative to resign or encouraging them to be expelled from Congress

-most of the dudes who got into the Capitol were easily identifiable because there are cameras fucking everywhere and none of them wore masks and so they’ve already started being arrested and fired in their home states
