i remember in 4th grade when we were learning how to play the recorder if you forgot your recorder at home you’d have to borrow a public one which was MAYBE sanitized in between uses?? anyways one day i forgot my recorder at home and i spent the whole day in the back of the class pretending to play because i was not about to put my mouth on that disgusting thing lmao
