The conditions for their release are $750,000 bail, supervised release, “good behavior”, making court appearances, and no possession of firearms. Thomas Lane has been released on bond. The money was, disgustingly enough, crowdfunded. As far as I’ve seen, the other two haven’t made bail yet.
