ya’ll are always about how plays/musicals should be recorded and released so people can access them who dont have means to go to broadway and get a ticket normally and now youre salty cause a play theyre finally doing this with has a ‘cringey fanbase’?
I dont care if you love or hate hamilton, this might set a precedent for filming plays and releasing them so anyone can see them, which I would argue is a Good thing.
Also just because a fanbase is shit doesn’t mean the original content is.
y’all not only does Hamilton being released in theatres set a crucial precedent for other broadway shows, but the show itself is a fantastic work by a Latino man who has consistently used his celebrity in positive ways, and I will not have such a big accomplishment in my community be slandered
