The fact that the “anti sjw” crowd is defending crying “because they tried” is disturbing.
It doesn’t matter whose fault or what the reason is. There are only really 2 times it’s acceptable to cry on the job. Pediatric health care or Vets that lose patients.
I disagree. I think crying on the job is okay because like what if you find out you lost a parent or something while on the job?
Take time off. Bereavement leave exists.
You can’t take bereavement leave before you find out someone is dead
Secondly… what happens with mental illness… or when you can’t take time off because of your job or current money situation?
Emotions don’t disappear on the job.
