1. Believe that recovery is possible for you.

2. Believe that you won’t always feel this bleak and terrible.

3. Believe that you are precious, and have value, and worth.

4. Believe that you have talents, and have so much more to give.

5. Believe that you are wanted and, one day, will find love.

6. Believe you can keep going – and find the strength to live.

Yeah that sounds good and all, but HOW does one believe these things?

You’ve gotta constantly remind yourself. It will take some time, but it can only be so long before you start believing.

It’s really hard though and a lot of times I don’t feel like it’s worth it to try to get better

But…what does it mean to believe?

Sigh. Wish I could do those
